Tickets may be booked online, over the phone on +3531 417 0000 or in person through the Box Office.

Our phonelines are open from 10am - 2pm, Monday to Friday.

Our Box Office is open from 10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday and 2 hours prior to Main Stage events, 1 hour prior to John Field Room, Kevin Barry Recital Room or Studio events on Sundays and Bank Holidays (including Good Friday) 
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Visa Debit on all channels. Our website is updated daily and features all events currently available for sale and those that will go on sale shortly.

The Box Office remains open for ticket collections until 15 minutes after the performance start time. Alternatively, when you book online, you have the option of either printing your e-ticket at home or keeping it on your mobile device to access the auditorium where it will be scanned.

Tickets purchased by phone can be posted to you with a charge of €2 for postage and packaging.

3d Secure Payments

We ensure the highest level of security possible for all credit and debit card transactions. To enhance our high standards of security we have introduced Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode for online transactions. These initiatives have been introduced by the banks to help protect your card against unauthorised use by allowing you to set-up a personal password for your card.

If you have not already signed up to Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode you will be prompted to do so during the checkout process. You only need to register once and during the process you will be communicating directly with your card issuer via a secure link. (NCH will not be able to view or store the information you enter). This will offer you greater protection when shopping online, reduces the risk of unauthorised use of your card on the Internet and allows you to enjoy peace of mind when you use your credit or debit card to shop online. If you have already registered, you will be asked to enter your personal password during the online checkout process in order to complete your purchase. When your card issuer has confirmed your identity you will be returned to the National Concert Hall checkout to complete your order.
