This Autumn Friends will join us for the trip of a music fan's lifetime as we explore the very heart of Germany's musical history. We will enjoy 5days/4nights in this special historical part of the world.
Leipzig has been home to an almost unfathomable list of composers and performers who lived and worked in this town throughout their lives. This list includes Wagner, Clara, Robert Schumann, Felix Mendelsohn-Bartholdy and Bruckner to name a few. On this tour Friends will experience the Thomas church which was Bach's workplace for 27years, take in a performance by the world famous Gewandhaus Orchestra and explore the inspirational surroundings of this beautiful area which clearly impacted the phenomenal musical legacy of Leipzig has yielded.
