Transform Your Career Through Hands-On Experience

Assistant Director

Collaborate with acclaimed theatre director Séimí Campbell to bring his artistic vision to life:

• Conduct vital production research
• Document and manage staging directions
• Foster a vibrant creative environment
• Lead engaging company warm-ups and activities
• Work collaboratively across creative departments

Assistant Movement Director

Partner with renowned movement director James Cousins to shape the physical language of the production:

• Document choreography, footwork, and spatial arrangements
• Maintain movement integrity throughout the production process
• Lead physical preparation sessions
• Collaborate seamlessly with the wider creative team

Assistant Musical Director

Work alongside celebrated Music Supervisor Sarah Travis and the Musical Director:

• Help realise ambitious musical vision and elevate company performance
• Provide keyboard accompaniment during rehearsals
• Lead vocal calls when needed
• Conduct warm-ups
• Support the director's vision through musical excellence

Production Assistant

Join forces with our Company Manager, Stage Manager and NSO producing team:

• Oversee stage planning during rehearsals
• Create and maintain an optimal rehearsal environment
• Provide critical backstage support during technical rehearsals and performances
• Collaborate with technical and stage management teams
