National Concert Hall Advises of Concert Cancellation and Closure on Account of Red Weather Warning for Friday 24 January

•    Veronica Dunne International Singing Competition scheduled for 10.15am, has been rescheduled for 2.30pm, Friday 24th January.

•    ‘Seasons of Sinatra-Prelude to Spring’ scheduled for 1.05pm, Friday 24th January is Cancelled.

•    National Symphony Orchestra evening performance, scheduled for 7.30pm, Friday 24th January will proceed as Planned.

•    National Concert Hall will be closed tomorrow morning and will reopen 1pm, Friday 24th January.

As a result of the official red weather warning in place for Dublin from 6am to 12 pm tomorrow Friday 24th of January 2025, the National Concert Hall (NCH) will remain closed during this time and will reopen at 1pm.

This will result in the scheduled lunchtime concert ‘Seasons of Sinatra – Prelude to Spring’ at 1.05pm being cancelled and Veronica Dunne International Singing Competition event, due to take place at 10.15am tomorrow Friday 24 January being rescheduled to the afternoon, at 2.30pm.

Currently the National Symphony Orchestra evening performance with guest cellist Steven Isserlis at 7.30pm will proceed as planned.

Ticket holders for the cancelled concert will be contacted and refunded. If customers have further queries on these cancellations, please contact the NCH Box Office Team on info@nch.ie.
