Festival of Voice: Piccolo Lasso

Festival of Voice is a weekend festival celebrating the power, beauty and universality of the human voice.

Piccolo Lasso Children’s Choir, directed by Dr Ite O’Donovan, was established by Dublin Choral Foundation in 1996 to provide a musical education for children hitherto only available in the cathedral choral tradition. Many of the young singers have since gone on to enjoy a career in music.

Festival of Voice will include a series of pop-up events
· Morning Songs – a song to start the day
· Songs of the Liberties – a collective participative choir event celebrating the songs of the city
· Puccini in the Pub – Puccini over a pint…
We will announce details of pop-up events in the run-up to the festival
