Opportunity for Concert Venue Owners and Operators
The National Concert Hall is Ireland’s national cultural institution for music, proudly serving the Irish public since it opened in 1981 through live music performances and significant educational and cultural programmes. The programme to redevelop the National Concert Hall and restore much of its Earlsfort Terrace site will create a world-renowned music campus for Ireland enriching the musical experiences of performers and audiences for generations to come.
In order to facilitate these exciting plans, we will be vacating our venue spaces in early 2026. We now invite tender submissions from owners and operators of venues in the Dublin region to source an alternative venue for use as a rehearsal and/or performance space. This will be primarily for the National Symphony Orchestra but also include National Symphony Chorus, Cór Linn, Cór na nÓg and other ensembles, for a minimum period of 3 years.
