The National Concert Hall has a number of services and facilities available which can be requested and reserved in advance of your visit. These include assisted hearing facilities, wheelchair access and wheelchair seats. We also welcome assistance dogs. Please advise at the time of booking. For further information on these services or to make a specific request, please contact our box office in advance on +353 (1) 417 0000.

Toilets

There are two unisex wheelchair accessible toilets located off the foyer.

First Aid

Fully trained medical staff are available during all performances. Stewards are positioned throughout the Hall should you require assistance.

Food & Drink

The restaurant and foyer bar are accessible to wheelchair users.

Infra Red Assistive Listening System

An Infra Red Assistive Listening System is available for events throughout the Main Stage and in the John Field Room. To avail of this system, please contact our reception desk on the night.

Parking

A number of designated parking spaces are available in the front car park for wheelchair users and those with restricted mobility. A current Disabled Person's Parking Permit must be displayed on the vehicle.

Access

The National Concert Hall is accessible for wheelchair users at the front of the building by a ramp on the left side of the front doors. There is a ramp just inside the John Field Room doors to facilitate access to this area.

Seating

Seats are available at the back of the stalls (downstairs) for wheelchair users and their companions. These seats are not available to book online. Please contact a member of the Box Office Team on +353 (1) 417 0000 to book your tickets or you can email info@nch.ie with your contact details and a member of the Box Office Team will be in touch.
