Written & Produced by Niall Morris

'HALLELUJAH' is an evening of inspirational music from throughout the ages featuring the world-renowned Palestrina Choir of the Pro-Cathedral, Dublin. Favourites such as Ave Maria, Panis Angelicus, Queen of the May and You Raise Me Up are presented alongside classic works by Verdi, Fauré, Mozart, Schubert and Handel. (The Hallelujah Chorus from Handel's 'Messiah' was premiered in Dublin 275 years ago this year).

Acclaimed soprano Sandra Oman is joined by Ireland’s leading baritone Simon Morgan, both of whom have their own strong following in the world of classical music and opera.

Legendary Irish singer Mary Coughlan will bring her distinctive blues voice to the Leonard Cohen classic Hallelujah and X-Factor star Melanie McCabe sings the Celine Dion smash hit The Prayer.  Brilliant young violinist Denice Doyle plays the famous Meditation (from Thaïs) by Massenet and international trumpet soloist Niall O'Sullivan will perform the inspiring Trumpet Voluntary by Jeremiah Clarke

‘HALLELUJAH’ is produced by Niall Morris, who has previously had big successes at the NCH when he created shows about operatic legends Maria Callas & Luciano Pavarotti. He won particular praise when he played the role of opera composer Giacomo Puccini in his stage work The Puccini Scandal. Narrating the evening, Morris will give his own personal take on the meaning behind the music and the circumstances in which it was composed.
